The advantages of an online job application are obvious: quicker response to the application, faster handling process, and direct communication with the applicant via e-mail. Applications are processed digitally so the applicant is able to follow the application status online. Once the application process is completed, the data are deleted in consensus with the applicant. Reduced paper documentation is an additional ecological factor.
After successful introduction in Germany, E-Recruiting is to be applied at all other Group companies.
