The environment at Behr is perfect for apprentices: if you are motivated and eager to work in a dynamic team, we have a lot to offer you.

Work together with us at our apprenticeship training centers (in Stuttgart, Muehlacker, and Neustadt/Danube). Complete your apprenticeship directly on location, i.e. at our plant in a specialist department such as sales or personnel development, or as a member of a project team.

At each apprenticeship training center, you receive modern, up-to-date, and practical training supported by motivated mentors, giving you multiple opportunities to get involved.

This apprenticeship training is supplemented by:

• A joint introductory seminar lasting several days
• In-house lessons
• Additional training courses such as:
  • Project management
  • PC courses
  • Presentations
  • First aid
  • Etiquette
